Reiki Two – Second Degree (Okuden)

Reiki Two is a two day course based on the student becoming a Reiki practitioner.    Over the period of the course you will receive two further Reiki attunements.

Who can learn Reiki Two?

Any student having completed a Reiki One course.  There should be a minimum of three months between learning Reiki One and Reiki Two.

Reiki Two course includes:-

·         How Reiki can be used at this level

·         The day cleansing process

·         Meditations to ground and protect

·         Introduction to the first three Reiki symbols and their uses

·         Practice using these symbols

·         Introduction to Distant Healing and practice distance healing

·         Energetic hygiene

·         A deeper understanding of the Reiki Precepts

·         Deeper understanding of Mindfulness and how to practice

·         Maintaining a positive way of thinking

·         Intention as a way of thinking

·         Deeper understanding of energy sensing and learning how to feel the

          differences in energy

·         Physical exercises and breathing techniques to develop the Tanden

·         The Hara Line and exercises to straighten

·         Aura sensing and cleansing

·         Developing the understanding of the Chakras

·         Guidelines to helping you use the Reiki energy

·         Leaning how to scan a body before treatment

·         How to give a Reiki treatment

·         Hand positions for healing others

·         How to set up a professional Reiki practice including equipment and

          insurance

·         Code of Ethics

·         How to take a client history prior to treatment

·         Case studies

·         Reiki Two Certificate and Lineage
